Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believes in transparency with it's customers as far as possible.
Under this policy: Cancellation request will not be entertained once the maintenance charges are paid. Money once paid will not be returned back in any case, the money can be adjusted against a future order within 90 days. In some situation where the company found that the desired or asked solution is not feasible or couldn't perform by the company, then after analysing period all the money will be refunded to the customer except the fees of analysing.
Any deficiency in App related services because of any third party like hosting, server, images, internet, content writing etc., the company will not be responsible at all.
Any efforts company has to put while coordinating/liaisoning with them has to be paid as per the standard rate of the company. In case you feel that the product/services received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product/services.
The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

When you buy our products/services, due to the nature of business, We do not offer any money back policy.
If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product/services.

If, in any case, amount is being refunded to the customer then the company will refund within 15 days after analysing the issue, the money will be refunded electronically(as credit to the relevant Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI/Wallet account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.
Failed Transactions
While using our App, in any case if the transaction goes fail and the money deducted/debited from your bank account or card or wallet, then you must bring this to the notice of the supervisor within 48 hours of the transaction. After this time period, the company may not be entertained such request for any refund or settlement.
